Yosemite Cremation Service – Online Arrangement Process

We only offer online cremation arrangements. Please read the following steps carefully so we can serve you without delays.


Before You Begin

  • Be sure you are the next of kin and have the authority to make these arrangements. Click here if you are unsure.
  • The next of kin must have their own email address.  

  • They must be able to complete forms and sign documents online.

👉 Important:

If there is more than one legal next of kin, we will need to speak with all parties by phone.


What to Expect – Step by Step


Step 1: Start the Process

Click here to create your account and access our planning center.

Once logged in:

  1. Read Carefully – Please answer each question fully and accurately.

  2. Go to “Arrangements” – After creating your account, you'll be taken to your dashboard. On the left side of your dashboard, click "[Your Loved One’s Name] Life".

  3. Complete All Sections – Go through each section (Name, Address, Birth Info, etc.). Click “Save Changes” before moving to the next section.

👉 Important:
We will not begin the process or contact you until all required information is submitted.
If you do not know something, type “unknown” or send us a message through the Planning Center.


Step 2: Review

Once you submit the form, there’s no need to call—we’ll be notified automatically.

We’ll review the information within 24 hours and call you to go over final details. Then, we’ll prepare the documents for you to sign. Please allow 48 hours for us to prepare the documents.


Step 3: Sign Documents

You’ll get an email when your documents are ready. Just click the link in the email to review and sign everything electronically through the Planning Center.


Step 4: Make Payment

You can enter payment information on the last page of the documents before submitting them. 


Step 5: We Take Action

After documents and payment are complete, we will:

  • Begin the death certificate process

  • Notify Social Security

  • Arrange transportation if your loved one is not already in our care


Step 6: Cremation is Scheduled

Once the death certificate is officially registered, we will:

  • Schedule the cremation

  • Order any death certificates you requested


Step 7: Pick-Up

After the cremation, we will contact you to:

  • Schedule a time to pick up your loved ones cremated remains

  • Return any personal items

  • Provide your death certificates


Please Remember:

  • The full process takes about 3 to 4 weeks

  • Death certificate registration usually takes up to 8 business days

  • If we’re ordering death certificates, please allow an additional 1–2 weeks for them to be ready for pick up in our office. We only order certificates for deaths that occurred in Fresno County.
